Question Celeron J3160 and YouTube Full HD

Hello! I have cheap laptop with Intel Celeron J3160, Intel HD Graphics 400, 8GB ram and 70+ SSD. But I have problems with it. I can't even watch YouTube in Full HD or HD. CPU is load on 100%. And it lags very much.
Is it so bad?
My OS is Windows 10.

I have a similar laptop, HD youtube is a no go on Windows, but there are some ways to try to make it better.

Try downloading chrome, enabling hardware acceloration in browser settings, and adding this extension.

For that CPU, yes.

My N3060 laptop made in 2017 cannot run 720p or 1080p you-tube well on windows. In linux 720p is decent but 1080p is a no go.

But N3060 has 2 cores and 2 threads and J3160 has 4 cores and 4 threads

N3060 has higher turbo.

Basically, they are entry level CPUs. At this price, your best off buying used.
