Question Cell phone can't connect to laptop via bluetooth

Hi,
Actually the bluetooth was working fine and the cell phone and laptop was connecting to each other. But I unpaired them and paired them again after a few minutes. But after pairing, cell phone can't connect to laptop via bluetooth while laptop can connect to it. I tried updating the driver and checked bluetooth settings but it didn't work. I'm using windows 10 laptop and Galaxy A70.
