Today I was clearing out my PC of unwanted programs using control panel and some of them weren't uninstalling due to "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." - C:/WINDOWS/system32/misexec.exe
I have closed down the app in task manager and then from background processes, as recommended by a site I then tried manually deleting the file which told me it was still open even though it was nowhere to be seen in task manager and the app doesn't come with an uninstaller as far as I can see. It is also set to start on startup but it doesn't show in the startup section of task manager.
The program for reference is NZXT's CAM
