I'm not sure how I started to have this problem, but now certain texts on my computer are only outlined, and it makes it super hard to read.

It's the same in Chrome and Edge, so I figure it's something to do with windows, and not the browser.

try firefox? only on some web site?

might have to figure out the font the site use and check your font directory.

Same thing happens on firefox as well. I'd think it's only for certain fonts, but it seems like it's system wide. I believe i've seen it in my control panel somewhere. It shows up on my email a lot as well.

another user having the same issue. one of her font was mess up. deleted it and it clean it up.
if you know what you are doing, on a browser do F12(developer mode) and look at what font it try to use
