Chair for tall people

The chair I have now is uncomfortable and doesn't fit my body size. I'm pretty tall (6'4") so this chair doesn't fit me. I don't want to spend $400 on a chair and get a DX Racer, but I want one that's tall. I have a budget of about $250 and I would like the chair to come up to a point where I could put my head back and it wouldn't fall over the back of the chair. I'm pretty skinny too (190lbs) so I don't mind a skinnier chair. I don't care where I would be buying it from.

How would that chair compare to this cheaper one: http://www.staples.com/Staples-Osgood-Bonded-Leather-Managers-Chair/product_SS1058639 ? They look almost the same, have about the same back length and the cheaper one has lumbar support.

I'm not talking about the height of the chair. I meant that I want the back of the chair to be taller.

A chair is something you have to go to the store and plant your butt down in it. You can't determine comfort from a picture or description.
The exact same chair may be good for me, and not good for you.

I know I need to look at the chairs and actually sit in them, but I want to have some idea of what to look at. I live out in the middle of nowhere so it's not very often that I go somewhere that has quality chairs. I'm going there next week on thursday so that's why I needed some input.
