CHALLENGE!!! BUILD A SYSTEM UNDER $200!

Figure I see what I could build with 20min of my time and a $300 limit as it was a 200-300 budget. Came out better than I expected, assuming we allow the use of rebates, still allows the use of some type of video card upgrade (not top of the line though as PCIe 1.0)
