How do I change the font size in File Explorer WITHOUT changing anything else?

I know about the Control panel/Display/Change Only The Text Size options, but that's not what I want. When I look at File Explorer I see the files in 6px (or less). and I want to change it to 12px. So if I press Windows Key + E to show File Explorer, I want to see the result in 12px.

I also tried right clicking on the desktop/Display Settings and tried to use the slide bar but it wouldn't change. It went back to the beginning every time.

Surely there is a setting, or a program that can do this. Can anyone help me?

Solution
You're going to be hunting for a 3rd party software approach here, if one exist.
Windows follows the "all or nothing" approach to setting those kind of settings, meaning that you change it for one program it happens for all.
