Question Change function of hard reset button?

I'm using the fractal design meshify C case. I keep accidentally hitting the reset button while trying to plug in USBs and forcing a restart. It's a hard reset, so it restarts the whole mobo.

Is there any way to change the function of the button to a sleep key? Maybe by re arranging the how the front panel connectors are connected to the motherboard? I built the system but I don't really know much about it. Any help appreciated!

Unplug it from the motherboard. You have pwr and reset, you can only use pwr for one switch/button,... well, unless you had some sort of splitter I suppose.
