[SOLVED] Change mic in connector ?

Hi, i have a gigabyte z97 d3h and my "mic in" connector is busted, bad contact and mic keeps getting detected as unplugged / plugged sometimes and its annoying
I tried to switch my microphone to another connector but none seem to work/have the "mic in" option and I cant find info if its possible to do that

Is it possible to switch the mic to another connector and make it work ??
Side note : before you tell me "bad mic, get a new one" i have 3 working mics and its always the same, the connector on my mobo is the problem
