Change MKLINK drive letter

I made a bunch of MKLINK shortcuts to an external drive, and when I was finished, I realized I wanted to change the drive letter. *facepalm*

1st question, will my links be broken if I change the external drive letter?
2nd question, is it possible to edit all MKLINK shortcuts at once?

Because I want the drive letter to match the beginning of the drive name. I had my drive set to A: on my first laptop, and I thought it would stay the same on my second laptop, and then when I was done making the mklinks on the second laptop, I realized then it didn't keep the drive letter.
