only can by replacing the card with new one, but it's also no guaranty that u get the one that doesn't whine...
(looks like coil whine is acceptable according GPU standard)
The other thing u can do is increase the video/graphic quality..
because coil whine usually only happen in very high fps (100+), so by giving it more work and bring the fps down could helps..
I haven't try applying v-syncs helps or not since i never tried (I live in noisy environment)
