Hi there,

I went into my bios to enable virtualization (to use an android emulator) and I also enabled game boost. After exiting and saving, my pc restarted and I received a black screen on my monitor. I was suggested to remove the cmos battery and put it back in to see if that can fix the problem, but I still get the blank screen. Not even the startup screen. The only thing I see is the monitor switching to hdmi 1 to analog yo hdmi 2 twice, then going blank
Anyone know how to fix this?

Windforce 970 G1 gaming
Seasonic fan 100-240v

From what you're saying, I have a feeling that Game Mode enabled some overclocking that is causing your problem.

The battery trick should reset your bios, but you need to unplug your PSU as well. I usually unplug battery & PSU, wait 10 seconds, hit the power button to ensure there is no charge left in the system and then replace you battery and plug in the PSU again and power on. There is also usually a clear CMOS jumper or switch that fully disconnects power from the BIOS for you.
