Changed Graphics card (BLACK SCREEN)

Hi,

I recently bought a new graphics card (Asus Radeon RX 460 2GB) and i tryed to install it to my HP Pavilion HPE H8-1056cs. So far i only get a black screen.

I removed the old Nvidia driver (Old graphics card "Nvidia Geforce 550 ti") shut the computer down, installed the new graphics card (The RX 460 only powers with the motherboard) i tryed to turn the computer on but the screen just keep going "black" i cant even reach bios.

Setup:
Motherboard: Intel core i5-2310 2,9Mhz
Old Graphics: Nvidia Geforce 550 ti
New Graphics: Asus radeon RX 469 2GB

What can be the problem?

make sure the motherboard bios is up to date

I updated my Bios and still no effect. The fans spin on the graphics card but the screen turns black. I have only tryed the HDMI port. Can it give different result if i try others or is it most likely to result the same way?
