[SOLVED] Changed PCIE to IGFX now black screen an d flicker

So I wanted to enable my integrated graphics on my I7 9700K as my RX 580 was giving of some heat due to summer and I wasn't playing any games so I planed on unplugging it and leaving it to cool and using the 630 graphics. I accidently changed a setting from PCIE x16 to IGFX and now it doesn't post and when it does I get a screen flicker from black to pixels or a post which is red and flickers. I have tried plugging it into both and neither work. What do I do? Is there a way to fix this or will I have to do a cmos reset which I looked up?
