Question Changed RAM speed on BIOS but hasn't been updated on task manager or CPU-Z

So I've tried an XMP profile on my ram to set it to the speed that it should be (3200) because it was showing at 1600 before hand, but doesn't seem to have updated? Task manager and CPU-Z shows 1600 still but on CMD when you do the "wmic memorychip get speed" command it shows at the desired 3200. Not sure how to fix this issue or whether it even is an issue, I'm just getting mixed signals.

ddr mean double data rate. 1600x2 is 3200
