changeing language itself

hello.my pc windows 10 chengeing language itself.i have deleted that language pack but some time later its again in that language.i did it like this Lpksetup /u .
can someone explane what can i do?

I've had issues like that in the past. In many cases even after uninstalling a language pack things like the login screen would still be in the other language.

You can try deleting your user profile and letting it re-build, that might make a difference (make sure to back up any files you want to keep in there)

after 2 times of uninstalling language pack after a shut down its all in that language that i dont want (not only the login screen)
maybe windows downloading my native language pack again and put it back.im from estonia and windows is getting itself to that language.
