Question Changes after reinstalling windows 10

Hi, I reinstalled win 10 1h ago cause of some issues after upgrading hardware, anyways, I have 2 problems:
1. I choosed keep my files, and somehow some apps are still installed, although they should have been deleted, their icons don't show up anymore, how could I fix it?

2.When I right click on an app, and choose uninstall, the window (to add or remove apps), only shows me one app, (in this case only microsoft onedrive), how can I fix it?

Should I just reinstall everything?

Can you please try this solution and see if it works for you?

Using Windows built-in Disk Cleanup tool may also help.

You may also want to try a third-party tool like Ashampoo WinOptimizer or Ccleaner and see if it removes the orphaned entries.
