Changes/Improvements to PC build

What improvements can I make on this potential gaming pc setup? Not interested in playing next gen games, will be used for playing games like skyrim, far cry 3 and bioshock infinite. Would like to mod games if possible. I have a monitor but wouldn't want to spend much over £700 on the rest.
