Question Changing case of pre built computer [Lenovo IdeaCentre 510S-08IKL]

Yes and that little part of the motherboard at the top right where it notches out, that's not standard. These computers are meant for Office environments with no upgrades in mind, just replacement. If you really want a new case go find yourself a cheap used/new B250 motherboard. Then buy yourself a half way decent power supply ( heres a list of good models and brands https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1045610-new-psu-tier-list/ ) if you do plan on putting a graphics card in it.

one more question i have i3 7100 processor in it can i take it to my new motherboard if ever ?? and also the heatsink? can i take those

Yeah the CPU can be moves to a new motherboard and same with the cooler. You'll need to replace the thermal paste. You will almost probably be required to reinstall Windows as switching motherboards can cause issues. Since you most likely are running an OEM (which means its tied to your current computers hardware) version of Windows you have the option to either buy a new Windows key, or download and run Windows 10 without one. https://www.howtogeek.com/244678/you-dont-need-a-product-key-to-install-and-use-windows-10/
