Changing Cases, Some Upgrades, Help?

So after a few years of college, I have grown tired of lugging my CoolerMaster HAF 922 tower back and forth from college to home, and I've skipped out on a few LAN parties out of sheer laziness to carry it.
I want to switch to a smaller, more portable case, without having to pay too much, and I'd like to upgrade my gpu. I've been looking into mATX cases but I'm not sure about them. Can anyone give any suggestions? This is a list of everything I already have: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/rBTvRG
I am willing to give up the CPU cooler, change the motherboard, and change the PSU if necessary.
