Changing colour of close button

I'd like to change the colour of the red close button in the top right of each window (Windows 8 / 8.1). Presumably there's an RGB code / hex code somewhere in the registry that I could edit? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

I'd guess the registry is the place to look, but no idea on specifics. Maybe regulars from a forum that's all about Windows would be better able to help?

You're probably right! You do occasionally find somebody helpful and knowledgeable on here though so worth a shot.
