Changing Com port

Anyone know how i change the com port for my modem or other devices in win 98 se?

If it's a PNP modem the port is virtual (it isn't really there anyway) and shouldn't matter. You can change the IRQ for it though by unchecking "use atuomatic settings". If you get a message you can't change it, do it in safe mode.
