changing default icons in windows 10

I want to change the default icons in windows 10, of the following locations;

1.default folder icon(that appers on making a new folde and that of other normal folders).

2.all library icons including music, picture, videos, documents.

3.all icons that are under "This PC", That includes desktop, documents, downloads, music, pictures, videos.

4."This PC" icon

when changing the normal default folder icon, it would be cool if the files within would appear on the new icon like the normal default icon does.

How to change the start button?

Please help.
