I used to be able to change 2 rams up to 3200mhz. Its still the same everything (mobo, cpu,...) in my pc.
One day (months ago) i chose to update bios, and went back to bios checking, it only shows
"DDR4-2666 (20X100.00X1.33)" and below

While I was being able to change to 3200mhz years ago before i update my bios.
Showing: (DDR4 - 3200mhz) there was no line of numbers as (20x100.00x1.33) like above

Mobo: B460M Pro-VDH WIFI
Cpu: i5 10400F

Mobo: B460M Pro-VDH WIFI
Cpu: i5 10400F
Motherboard doesn't support ram overclocking.
Max frequency ram will run with this cpu is 2666mhz.

With 11th gen i5 you would get 2933mhz on this board.

You would have never been able to use ram in 3200mhz mode with this motherboard/cpu combination.
Unless you have a different board. For example B560M Pro-VDH WIFI - would support ram overclocking.

Tbh I was actually able to change it in the past at 3200mhz or even higher (but I didn't do higher than 3200mhz).
Well if it doesn't support anymore then I give up 😇 and wait for miracle.
Thanks for your information.

I have 2 rams of DDR4 3200mhz (corsair). I used to be able to change dram frequency up to 3200mhz in BIOS (or even higher but I didn't do it to avoiding risks). But now I cannot find any option to increase my DRAM speed in BIOS anymore, currently 2666mhz is the maximum I can make.
The "Adjusted DRAM frequency" is greyed out.

Do you have an xmp setting in the bios?
