Question Changing gpu what should i do ?

Hello i removed my rtx 2060 from my pc and i will put rx 5700xt today i just want to know
what i have to do... should i remove nvidia drivers via ddu then install amd drivers
or just install amd and its fine ?

You can do either. Nvidia files won't interfere with the AMD files. But for housekeeping purposes I would clean out the Nvidia files with DDU.

I've always used DDU first, then after uninstall shutdown the system. Install your new GPU. Boot up, install AMD drivers. Fire away. I've done this process on multiple generations of GPU upgrades and its never failed me.
