Changing my PC build for a Ryzen build, worth it?

The PC i currently have is still powerful but a bit old and not easy to upgrade so i am thinking about selling it and making a new pc with a ryzen cpu in mind.

Current specs:

SLI Krait motherboard

1 tb HDD + 500GB HDD

Intel i5 4690k

8 gb ddr3

Radeon 480 8GB -this one stays

I'm thinking to make this build but with the Radeon 480.

Micro ATX Motherboard + Midi tower case

Ryzen 5 2400g

8GB ddr4

Using the same radeon 480

1 TB 7200rpm HDD

Maybe an SSD

Thing is, i would have to use the money i get from selling my old pc, to make this new one.

I would swap the ryzen 2400g for the 2600 for the same price if you are in the US. You would get 2 more cores, and the full x16 pcie lanes for your graphics card. The 1600 can be had for pretty cheap right now too. Whether it's worth it though really depends what you do with your computer and if it still meets your needs.
