Changing NAT Type

Can someone help me change my NAT type to Open? I have a hard time connecting to other player online. I used to game on Xbox 360 and my NAT type was open. Now I game primarily on PC but my NAT type appears to be Moderate while on PC. Is it a matter of just changing ports or what? Can I get my PC to use the port my Xbox used?

My PC is on wifi. So is my Xbox 360. I'm not lagging in game, but I cannot easily connect with other players. I looked at the link you provided, but it seems to be a walkthrough on how to set NAT type to open on Xbox. NAT is open for my Xbox already (wireless connection), but I don't use my Xbox anymore and would prefer it to be open for my PC instead.
