Changing Partition Type

Hello, when reinstalling Windows 8.1 on my formatted HDD, I tried to partition the drive. 350mb was set as the primary drive and the 930gb was labeled the system partition. I installed the OS onto the larger "System" partition. Is there a way to change which partition is the system and which is primary? I couldnt seem to do this on the windows 8.1 install menu. Thanks for the help!

If this is a very recent install, I would just start over.
Wipe the drive and redo it properly, letting Windows create whatever partitions it needs.
