Question Changing RAM speed and latency

So, i’m new to RAM ,,overclocking”, the only thing i did with my latest builds was just enabling XMP/EXPO on. In my current build i have a 9800x3d, Corsair Vengeance 6400mhz cl32, and X870E Aorus Elite. I know the sweet spot for amd 7000 and 9000 is usually 6000 cl30, but if i’m able to make MLCK:ULCK ratio 1:1 (As i believe: FLCK:2133.33, MLCK: 3200, ULCK: 3200)
it will be even better right? But i’ve heard it may depend on something like silicon quality in my chip? If it’s worse it may not be able to run 6400 1:1? If i won’t be able to do it how do i change my ram to 6000mhz cl30, is just setting ram speed to 6000mhz in expo settings and setting some recommended cl30 timings enough or i will need to do some time consuming and complicated tests for it? Also do i need some third party apps for changing MLCK, ULCK and FLCK or i can do it all in bios? What timings do you recommend if I’ll have to run cl30? Sending love to someone that will answer this <3. This forum never disappoints me unlike others.

EDIT: And forgot to mention voltage, will i need to do something with it if i change memory to 6000 30 or just keep it as 6400 32 and it’ll be fine?

Pass on a link to the ram kif you're working with. There are a couple of things you need to understand about overclocking, yes tightening the timings on your ram kit is considered overclocking.

You might need to up the voltage on your ram kit to get them to be stable with tight timings, leaving your frequency lower.

Your integrated memory controller might not like what you're doing to the ram but you'll only know so after a trial and error basis, not something that you punch in randomly. As you've stated above, yes it's about the silicon that's in the IC's. Youmight've come across the Dominator series of ram kits from Corsair, they are cherry picked IC's and come from a strict QC assembly line, meaning that they can be tweaked out of the box. G.Skill ram kits is somewhat forgiving with overclocking their rams. Vengeance ram kits from Corsair tend to be a step above the Value series of rams but they're entry level with not much headroom when it comes to overclocking.

I think you're good keeping things stock, with E.X.P.O enabled.

But if i get a 6000mhz cl30 im good to go just by setting on expo right?
