This CM is pretty good for one with RGB and Red switches https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Maste...s&sprefix=Red+switch+,electronics,148&sr=1-14

I like the Gateron switches better than the MX. If you want to swap switches then look for a hot swappable keyboard. I have bought a few from Epomaker and Kemove, but those were all the smaller 64 key models https://www.amazon.com/Epomaker-Swa...ker&qid=1592489710&s=electronics&sr=1-17&th=1

While you can change the keycaps, you cannot change out the switches to RBG. Best to sell it and buy an RBG mechanical KB.
True but I just sold my Razer Blackwidow chroma v2 Tournament edition because I didn't like the Razer orange switches thought they would be the same as the cherry mx reds but the orange are to mushy for my liking. Also would I be able to change to a different brand switches like kailh and outemu switches

Again a good reason to buy a new board, although I personally like Cherry Red switches.

Yeah reds are the best I think in my opinion for playing games and just typing in general. I was going to order a keyboard before and was going to make it and maybe have different switches to try out as it could be the best option as you can swap to different switches by just plugging them in instead of soldering them together

While I order everything online, it would be really nice to have a giant computer warehouse store like Fry's or the old Incredible Universe where you could actually try out a number of mechanical boards before you buy.

I've given boards to many different family members before I found the one that really fit my needs. The best part is that the clicks from a Cherry Red key drive my wife nuts so she doesn't bother me much when I'm typing. ;)
