changing tattoo on motherboard

Changed motherboard on HP s3020n computer, now recovery cd's do not work. What do I have to do to correct the problem.

The recovery CDs are set up to work with the mobo it was set up from...if Win not running, if you have or can get an Installation disk of the OS you are running, could boot from it and try a System Repair
