Hello All,
Recently I have been playing a video game called CSGO and on a "increasing FPS guide", the person said to:
- Go into "msconfig" in the search bar
- Go under "Boot" heading
- Select "Advanced Options"
- And tick "Number of Processors" and changing it to the maximum amount
I was just wondering whether or not this will cause any harm to my computer because I have heard stories of it either increasing performance or decreasing performance and in worse case situation that your computer will not boot up.
I was just wondering whether or not this will effect my computer and/or cause any harm to ?
Help would be very appreciated
