greetings..i have a four slot memory mobo running on dual channels. i have 2 sticks of kingston 2x4gb 1600 mhz ram and 2 sticks of 2x4gb team elite plus 1600mhz ddr3 rams. i paired them to each of the channels. the 2 kinsgton in channel a & the 2 team elite at channel b. both of them run smoothly when i only use 1 channel. meaning if i put the 2 kinston on channel a it will boot and when i put the 2 team elite plus in channel b it works but when i try using all 4 rams my system wont boot. i have a asus b85m g mobo and a pentium g3258 cpu and corsair v650 psu aND GTX440 se gpu. pls help

Solution
That's where we were headed next 😉 if it had only shown the 1 stick it would have indicated a channel problem and third party coolers are often the cause - should still be able to use your deepcool, whan attaching though, only take it to screw tight, too tight in a corner or side and it throws the CPU out of level so you don't get full pin contact

but i tried the 4 sticks on a asus b85m pro gamer and all works fine. only in my asus b85m g that when i run both channels it wont work

2 different boards.

You have not supplied the exact model #s of these memory modules so we can look them up online and compare voltage, timings, etc. and possibly help you get around the issue.

If the pro gaming board can handle them the other board may work if the memory settings are input manually but we have to know what those settings actually are, so please supply the memory full specifications, brand, model#s etc. that information is usually on the sticker on the side of the modules.

the kingston models are kvr16n11/4 and kvr16n11s8/4 the team elite DRAM Density 256x8 / 512x8
Data transfer bandwidth 12,800MB/Sec
(PC3 12,800)
Heat Sink YES
Working voltage 1.5V
sorry i dont have the exact model # of the team elite plus u-dimm ddr3 1600

So you have 4 individual memory modules no matched sets at all?

sorry for my noobness pls can you teach me sir how to manually set my RAMS . thnk you

yes all my RAMS are individual no matched pairs its hard to find cheap paired RAMS here in my region so i buy individual RAMs at a time.

thank you for all your time sir but i figured my problem out thanks to a thread here regarding similar issue with mine.
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2448507/3rd-4th-ram-slots-working.html.
in my case the culprit was my deepcool gamma archer which was not properly installed having one end loose and the other end to tight...
now dump my gamma archer and installed back my intel stock hsf and all is well..:)
