I have a Dell laptop that supports charging via the built-in USB Type-C. comes a 65W "normal" charger with one output (19.5V to 3.3A)

and I also have the charger of an 87W Type C Mac Book with an output of (20.2V and 4.3A) or (9V and 3A) or (5.2V and 2.4A)

I would like to know if I can use the Mac Book charger on the Dell laptop.

Thank you very much

Read your laptop's manual. There should be directives for that.

FWIW it worked on mine, and it was the same 87W Type-C charger, for a laptop that came with a massive 300W power brick. Did not allow full power operation of course, but did work without discharging the battery.
