My Sony Duo is playing up The charms bar will only stay visible for about 5 secs and dissappears Its not long enough to type or do anything.
I have reset the machine back to factory and it still does it. Reinstalled 8.1 and still does it.
It has a small screen problem along the top where it appears to have air under the glass and it has got bigger to have a bubble about 100mm long by10mm wide Dont know if this is affecting it but when trash bin was in the corner it kept opening it .
Is very annoying as want to disable password on booting and cant get it to type in
