Cheap and overclocking don't go together. Having said that...
You can OC on either board... until it gives out. Turn off Turbo and raise the multiplier to go higher than the stock 3.6 GHz. But anything over 4 GHz will be iffy. If it becomes unstable, you would normally begin raising the vcore to see is that is what it needed. But with inexpensive boards, you should avoid taking the vcore too high.
