Cheap and Best Scanner for Photographs.

i seek an information about the scanners.I need to scan very old photographs and store it into my system.My budget is under 4k.Also quality matters.Please help me.I don't have a clue about scanners.And thanks in advance.

You can get a good scanner for well under 4k, unless you are not talking about US money.
