Cheap/Budget 16GB DDR4 RAM

i looking for new pc build with ryzen 5 1400 and gtx 1060 6gb and decided to get 16GB ram
but since this is a budget build,what RAM should i get? or i should get the 8 gigs one?

Get a set a 2X8GB 3000mhz but buy it from the motherboards QVL the AM4 boards can be picky with memory.

unfortunately,in my mobo(GA-B350-Gaming 3) QVL,there's no 16gb in 3000mhz list :|
