Cheap Cpu coolers. Help needed

Can you please help me in deciding a cheap cpu cooler. i m from india so i will be buying from flipkart.com or snapdeal.com. Please suggest me some under 1000rs
i have decided xigmatek apache ii cd 903 cooler(693 rs) but antec a20 with 2 heat pipes costs just 783rs. can you please help me in deciding between them? Thank you

Asus p5 kmpl/amps mobo
2gb dynet +2 gb dolgiz = 4gb ddr2 ram (dual channel interleaved mode)
zotac nvidia gtx 750 1gb
antec vp 450p psu
Intel Core 2 quad q8400 2.66ghz

i want to OC my quad q8400 to 3.5 ghz because my mobo supports it
