Cheap gaming build

My friend is going to be getting into pc gaming and is resuing a case from an old pc for fun. How much would a cheap pc build be in CAD? Im thinking a dual core and a 4gig GPU. Any build suggestions are welcome.

BA's build is about the absolute cheapest you can go, while still getting solid performance.

Could maybe drop the 1050TI for an RX460, but that's not saving much unless you go for a 2GB variant.

You could leave off the graphics and add it later, if needed. The iGPU would let you play games on lower settings and resolution.
