I was wondering if I would be able to play games like skyrim on Norman settings with this setup.

- 4GB RAM
- Intel Core i3
- 1TB HDD
- 3.20 GHz
- ATI Radeon HD 5670
- 64bit

Not with that GPU, you want an R7 250X at least. What resolution do you plan to use?

Not much point going less.
