Cheap Gaming + Steaming PC ? (Aussie price)

So currently my PC needs upgrade to able to play Fo4 and COD and many new games that coming out soon and yet my poor PC cannot hand it (3yrs old) and yet decided to look for new PC (want to keep my SATA HDD which has the games already installed and other stuff) and also able to stream while playing .. also needs a new monitor, keyboard and mouse (must be in the price ranged) (1000-1500 AUD)

The 990 boards that i tried to use to solve the problem of having to upgrade your BIOS didn't have USB 3.0 Headers, so i didn't know what to do there
