Cheap GTX 780 from China(?)

Been looking for a new GPU, but I'm on a relatively low budget. Recently stumbled upon this card:
http://ebay.com, but as there is no manufacturer listed and it's being shipped from China, I am uncertain whether it'd be safe to buy this card. Still, it's low pricetag is tempting. What are your recommendations?

i just cant see a gtx 780 having 1 six-pin power connector. The 780 uses a decent amount of power and definitely needs more than 1 6-pin. Also the lame selection of outputs worries me too. Having a VGA connector is a bad sign. only very old or very low end GPUs have a VGA connector these days.... I wouldn't take my chances on that. It's probably a gtx 650 or something like that. Although, the seller does have 100% positive feedback on 104 transactions which isn't bad. i wouldn't take my chances on that and i can almost guarantee you you'll be getting something far less powerful than a gtx 780. scam.

thats a fake to me. gtx 780(ti) has 384bit Memory Interface Width and is paired with 3bg of vram. and is a 250w tdp gpu with One 8-pin and one 6-pin power connectors.

DEFINITELY a fake card, steer clear. they sell very similar fakes on aliexpress.com. they are just very low end cards (like a gt 610) disguised as a high end card.

Ah the classic Chinese 780 Ti. I believe they're usually low-end Fermi cards. Guess there's a big pile of those old chips stockpiled somewhere (or being fabbed on the down-low).
