I have a 380, I haven't had any problems with it since I got it (Christmas 2012), I think it is well worth it, if you don't really care about the mic I suggest the Sennheiser HD201 which can be found on amazon for 19.99

My stepdad has the HS-800's and they feel a little flimsy and a prefer a softer material around the ears and with it being more expensive I think I'll go with the 380's
