Cheap Laptop for Java Programming

I am planning on leaning Java, but I also need a laptop. I was wondering if anybody knows a cheap laptop that I could program on but also do schoolwork on? I am on the go quite a bit, so I need something small and portable.

while i do not use laptop (im a desktop guy), just make sure you buy something with decent amount of memory. depends on what you will do, but IDE's can eat a lot of RAM. but 8gb is more than enough for most things

Depends on how cheap you want to go and whether or not you need Windows 8.1.
