I would rather use better Air Cooler rather than cheap water cooling.

Why a 'cheap liquid cooler' and not a cooler that performs better?

I'm sorry, this entire thread just sounds like 'I want to tell people I have liquid cooling without having to spend any money to do so'

Just having liquid cooling doesn't necessarily mean it is any good.

Cheap and liquid cooling, two things that don't really go together. Like said above a decent air cooler will outperform both of the listed coolers.

You don't need cheap AIO. 5 months ago I bought CM Masterliquid Lite 240. It was rubbish and after maybe a month later started to sound weird. The pump was dry and you can guess where the coolant went - all over my GPU.
My GPU somehow survived and i've replaced it with Air cooler.
I bought 5-6 days ago Arctic Freezer 34 eSport DUO - it's fairly quiet and it can handle my 9700K at 4.4 GHz. My highest temps are 60C at 50% fan speeds.
