Cheap OC mobo G3258

I'm looking for a cheap as possible motherboard that can OC the G3258 a bit to like 4.2Ghz.
I believe the Z87 and the Z97 mobos are able to do this but are they any other motherboards that can do the same?

The cheapest one, which was used by Tom's to test was this one and they got to 4.2GHz with the stock cooler I am pretty sure.
