[SOLVED] Cheap PSU 650w can cause gpu coil whine and drop fps?

Guys i have rtx2070 super triple fan OC, Ryzen 7 3700X 4200mhz , SSD nvme , 1to hdd , 16ram 3200mhz , aorus b450elite . 6 fans in the case . I use AZZA 650w bronze psu , is it good? i notice i have static noise headset and little coilwhine in gpu , and sometimes suttering . Please i need solution. wht's the prob???

as I see you already found that one, I can't find much on the brand. I can see mention that some units are Super Flower which are good but I expect Johnny Guru would know more about that than I do and he suggested something else in that thread.
