Cheap PSU for GTX 1070

I'm looking to buy a gtx 1070.
I need a cheap PSU around 50$-60$.
I have an i3 4150 so that shouldn't take much power.
I understand that gtx1070 needs 550w?
Please tell me your recommendations.

while the focus series is great, you can go with bronze rated and get more wattage and for a few bucks less by getting the seasonic M12II

After this upgrade I would find a used 4790. That would offer a significant performance boost. I have the 4690K and won't be upgrading for another couple of years unless I can find a used 4790K. That's based on the research I've done and not a budget issue.

More wattage that is completely unnecessary while downgrading alot on quality. There are much better power supplies at the price. If you want to know why I advise against the m12ii.

Top quality, very quiet, fully modular. 450w is plenty, your system consumes less than 250w while gaming.

The whisper Rexper recommends is top quality.
Has to be said , you can go with a cheaper cx450/550 & they'll do the job but for $10-15 more the whisper is absolutely worth it if you have a $60 budget to spend.
Looks to be a rough repurposing/upgrade from the platform used in the little available corsair vengeance bronze psu's.
& the vengeance is legendary on internal quality,ripple & efficiency for a mid range bronze unit.

When cwt pull out the stops & build a psu properly the whisper m is what you end up with.
