If college you can get it by downloading with a .edu email address. Or through the school store.

Im a cdn uni student. I think i seen that site its win741.com it seems its only for the states. The canadian version i found was only for office (i think)

If you can't find an equivalent Canadian site/service, then cruise on over to newegg.ca and get the OEM version of Win 7 that you can afford. Good luck!
